We've had this dryer for over 4 months now. Honestly, not many complaints. Large enough for our growing family and enough room to compliment the 5.3 cu ft washer. My only complaint is if you wanted to dry a few items, the moisture sensor doesn't really work for that. It will just shut off after a few minutes and you have to keep turning it back on. There's probably a setting for that I have yet to mess with but so far so good!

Large capacity and it seems to be working well so far. Sheets and blankets get wadded up into a ball which I don't love but not sure if other dryers do the same.

i purchased this from home depot in dec 2019. model number: dvg52m7750w/a3 serial number: 0as65bcmb00411a (1) it takes several cycles to get anything dried. i complained back in april and they blamed me and my ducts. i cleaned out everything and still the same problem with drying (2) now it will not power on. they blamed my power source. attached is a video of proof that it is not my power source.

the dryer rotates only one direction causing the items to tangle and twisted into a huge ball/round shape each time when we try to dry something. it doesn't matter whether there was only little stuff or many stuff in the dryer. it was never completely dry. it got worse when we tried to dry bedding stuff. the sheets never got to dry because the sheets always turns into a big ball so the inner side was always wet. each time, we had to take the big twisted ball shape out of the dryer to untangle it and put it back to continue drying. often times, i have to repeat it at times 2-3 times to have my clothes or sheets completely dry.

Bought this about three months ago, and everything works well. Holds everything from our large washer (5.3 cu ft) and everything is pretty much dry within an hour at medium high heat. The steam sanitize is a great feature as well. Lots of different settings to get what you want.
