Only used the washer a few times....It is good so far. i must adjust the feet, as it wobbles a bit on the spin cycle. Clothes are clean and not "wrung out" like on a top loader.

After dealing with a washer that wouldn™™t function, and unable to be repaired, which was only 4 years old, decided on Electrolux. This washer work fast and my laundry is very clean. We have had some polyester shirts get holes in them from the washer. We're not sure if we're using the wrong cycle. Something we need to look into. Would be five stars if we didn't have the trouble with the holes in the polyester shirts

Have had for about a month and done about 10 loads of laundry on different settings. All have worked well and clothes are pretty dry coming out of the higher end spin settings. Once I wanted to spin a comforter again after the cycle finished and you can do this by choosing the Rinse and Spin cycle and turning off the Rinse option. I make sure to wipe the water out of all the creases in the gasket after each load. My previous washer lasted 24 years and I™™m hoping to get the same lifespan out of this one.

During installation, fluid leaked from the washer so I had to mop the floor. It would have been nice to know that the instructions clearly state that the washer was never supposed to be tipped upside down or on its right side, BEFORE THE INSTALLERS MOVED THE WASHER. This had me worried, and I hoped that the loud sounds coming from the washer when I washed my first load of clothes was just the pump needing to be re-primed because of the tipping incident. Luckily, the sound completely went away on the second load, so I assume everything is OK. :-)

I was in need of a new clothes washing machine to replace a 15-year-old high-efficiency Maytag top loader. I had read hundreds of reviews and the debate of front loaders, vs top loaders- Agitator versus no agitator, and was convinced there was not a decent machine out there worth my $$I went to a locally owned appliance center where the salesperson said she her current and previous machine were Electrolux front loaders and she loved them. After much discussion, I decided to give it a try and so far I LOVE it! The wash cycle times are shorter than my previous machine, it™™s quiet and my clothes do not come out and in knots Like they did in my top loader. After each wash I wipe down the rubber gasket and leave the door and detergent drawer open in the hopes of preventing any mold issues. Over all would recommend.

Compare my previous Maytag to this new Electrolux. Owned my Maytag for 19 years. This new Electrolux has much more to offer than my Maytag. This being said I feel the new washer and dryer clean much better. The features I like the most are how well lighted they are, customizable each load, how fast the spin is to remove water. The fact I can use Pods or liquid detergent. Also the dryer doesn™™t kill the cloths with being to hot, fabrics come out clean soft no wrinkles. So far very impressed.

I took a leap of faith that these new Electrolux units would be better than the ones from the past. They are great and do a good job. I was concerned that the limited water used by the washer would limit the cleanliness of the clothes but that has not been the case. Clothes are clean. So far, loving both the washer and dryer
